Cauliflower. Do you like it? Do you love it? Do you hate it? Do tell! Personally, I'm a big fan of it just about any way it's prepared. Especially roasted cauliflower!

This sweet and spicy roasted cauliflower recipe has been the number one recipe on the blog for 3 years straight now, so it's safe to assume that you guys are into roasted cauliflower, right? I thought so.

With that in mind, I came up with this little roasted cauliflower roundup. I know there are at least a million other ways to season and cook this versatile ingredient, so I'll probably expand this post over time. But for now, here are my top 5 favorite roasted cauliflower marinades!

How to Make Roasted Cauliflower:

  1. If you've purchased a head of cauliflower, turn it upside down and cut out the thick stalk. From there, chop the cauliflower into small florets. Wash and allow to dry. If you've purchased pre-cut florets, make sure they're also pre-washed before cooking them.
  2. Depending on what marinade you'll be using, mix the ingredients together in a small mason jar or whisk them together in a bowl.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to a gallon ziplock bag and add the marinade. Seal the bag and shake/toss vigorously to coat all of the cauliflower.
  4. Spread the cauliflower onto a parchment lined baking sheet and place into the oven. Bake 25-35 minutes, tossing twice during the baking process. Remove from oven and enjoy!

And that's it! Just 4 quick steps to delicious roasted cauliflower, whichever way you marinate it. I love to roast up a big batch of this on Saturday or Sunday and add it to my salads throughout the week. It's a great way to squeeze in some extra veggies and texture!

When you make one of these roasted cauliflower recipes (or all of them!) let me know! Leave me a comment below and be sure to post a picture on Instagram. I love sharing your creations on IG stories!
